The Acer E700 desktop computer series are targeted for both the home and the office users. The model reviewed is the ASE700-EQ662A. The machine came with a LCD panel which was not used as there was a more sophisticated one available.

The machine has been used for a range of purposes. The machine is a tight squeeze as the µATX has little room for the fingers.

The PCI Express slot has afforded the use of a video card which provides an option for HDMI or DisplayPort depending on the panel in use. The chassis limited to about 8 inch cards.
